Chuck Westover
Principal
A Utah native and lifelong boater, Chuck is passionate about family and the outdoors. He acquired Lakeside Boat Club to help make boating affordable and convenient for local families. As a founding partner and retired executive of United Insurance Group, he brings leadership and business expertise to the club, and is excited to help it grow!
Fun Fact: While no longer allowed to attempt wakeboard backflips, Chuck loves wakesurfing and is very close to completing a 360!
Ben Lewis
Member Services & Fleet Operations Manager
Ben has been with the Boat Club since the beginning and has helped service thousands of reservations for members that he loves. He was raised in Orem, UT and grew up enjoying everything Utah has to offer from Boating, Skiing, to Biking. If it is outdoors, Ben is in and wants to be part of the adventure!
Fun Fact: Ben is an avid Mountain Biker and hopes to finish under 8 hours at the Leadville 100.
Mike Murphy
Fleet & Shop Manager
With two decades of diverse experience in the boating industry, Mike oversees the maintenance and upkeep of Lakeside’s fleet of over 40 boats. He cares for our boats ALMOST as much as his 2 beautiful children. He is an honest, no nonsense man, who is respected by everyone in the industry who knows him. He loves hunting in the fall, and races snowmobiles in the winter. He is also a very talented artist, creating sculptures reminiscent of Fredrik Remington.
Fun Fact: MIke has been with us for YEARS and no one has ever heard him raise his voice!
