Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: - Customers may cancel their reservation at any time up to 14 days before the scheduled rental date for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. Rescheduling Policy: - Customers may reschedule their reservation at any time up to 14 days before the scheduled rental date without penalty. - Rescheduling within 14 days of the rental date will incur a $250 rescheduling fee. Event Details & Availability: - Each corporate boating event is fully captained, so your team can relax and enjoy the experience. - Outings take place at one of three designated lake locations, selected at the time of booking. - There is a maximum of 12 passengers per boat. - Up to 3 reservations are available per day, subject to boat availability. Waiver Requirement: - All passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding the boat. - Any passenger who has not signed the waiver will not be permitted on board. Included in Your Experience: - Wakeboarding and surf coaching - Wakeboards, tubes, and all necessary gear - A stocked cooler of drinks - Gas and mileage covered in the deposit
